I earned my Bachelor of Education from Lake Head University. I also graduated from Trent University with honors, earning a degree in indigenous studies.
Experience
I am currently working at the Claremont School for Dyslexia as a fourth and fifth-grade teacher and tutor. Before that, I taught K-12 at Mino Pimatiziwin Family Treatment Centre for three years. I am available to tutor numerous subjects at various levels. I can help with elementary, middle, and high school writing and reading, public speaking, social studies, and more. Whether you or your student need help with coursework or test prep, I am here to help. I will use age-appropriate tutoring techniques to help with grammar, sentence structure, comprehension, and more in reading and writing. Or, if you need help with test prep, I can help you or your student study the material effectively and efficiently so you can approach the test with confidence.
